She studied at the Juilliard School of Music as a scholarship student completing both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programs in addition to receiving orchestral string fellowship with the Aspen Festival for eight years.
She studied violin with Dorothy Delay, Masao Kawasaki and chamber music with Felix Galamir, Paul Zukofsky and the members of the Juilliard Quartet.
During this time, she has also been a concertmaster of the Juilliard Orcestra and the West Chester Symphony Orchestra New York.
She won the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 1991 which led to her New York City recital debut at Carnegie Hall.
She competed her studies and graduated from the Professional Studies Program at the Juilliard School .
She held many solo recitals and also had appeared as a soloist with many Orchestras of major cities throughout the world.
Her Performance of Mozart Violin Concerto with Tokyo Philharmonic was broadcasted on NHK FM Radio throughout Japan.
Recently, she was invited to Russia as a concertmaster of Tokyo Chamber Orchestra, where she performed Tchaikovsky Violin Conerto
with Bryansk State Symphony Orchestra and was featured by many medias
in the city.
She is also concertizing as a guest concertmaster where she has been invited from many major orchestras in Japan.
She has also been invited from many Music Festivals as a Faculty and had many chamber music performances with great Artists all over the world.
She started a new concert series two years ago, as a solo concertmaster of Tokyo Chamber Orchestra, to show the attraction of Violin with heart warming performance where she received standing ovation from the audience by performing Saint Saens Violin Concerto.
And as the third year of this concert series, Upcoming concert, she is going to perform Saint Saens Violin Concerto and Paganini Violin Concerto, two big concertos in one concert.
She is currently a Faculty member of Senzoku College of Music,
and a member of Virtuoso Yokohama and also a member of Cantus Quartet.
She is majorly concertizing as a solo concertmaster of Tokyo Chamber Orchestra throughout Japan.
ジュリアード音楽院卒業。同大学院及びプロフェッショナルスタディズ修了。ゴードン=ヴァイオリン奨学金を受け、故ドロシー=ディレイ女史に師事。これまでにヴァイオリンを海野義雄、水野佐知香、川崎雅夫の各氏に、室内楽をフェリックス・ガリミア、ポール・ズコフスキー、ジュリアードカルテットのメンバー、の各氏に師事。 在学中、ジュリアード音楽院管弦楽団コンサートマスター、ウエストチェスター響コンサートマスターを務める。アスペン音楽祭では、9年間連続フェローシップ(全額奨学金)を受け、アスペン音楽祭祝祭管弦楽団とドヴォルザークの協奏曲を共演。 1991年、最も期待される若手演奏家に贈られる、ニューヨーク・アーティストインターナショナルオーディションでヤングアーティストデビュー賞を受賞。カーネギーホール（ウェイルリサイタルホール）にてニューヨークデビューを飾る。帰国後、東京でのリサイタルは音楽雑誌等で賞賛を受ける。 ゲストコンサートマスターとして、国内各地の主要オーケストラに招聘されている。室内楽奏者としても様々なアーティストと共演。国内外の音楽祭にも多数出演している。 また、ソリストとして、国内外のオーケストラと共演。東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団と共演したモーツァルトの協奏曲第3番はNHK-FMより全国放送される。近年では、ロシア各地のオーケストラに客演を重ねている。2017年、ロシア・ブリャンスクに於いて、ブリャンスク州立シンフォニーオーケストラに客演。2019年、ロシア連邦カレリア共和国のペテロザボーツクに於いて、カレリア・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団とスタジオ録音。同年、ロシア・サンクトペテルブルグに於いて、サンクトペテルブルグ・シンフォニーオーケストラに客演。いずれも、チャイコフスキーのヴァイオリン協奏曲を共演。気品溢れる演奏でロシアの聴衆を魅了し、万雷の拍手を受け、地元メディアにも取り上げられた。 2017年より、横浜みなとみらいホール（小ホール）にて、自身がソロ・コンサートマスターを務めている東京室内管弦楽団と共に「Violin Lover's」と題した、ヴァイオリンの魅力に迫るコンサートシリーズを始動。これまで同シリーズの公演を3回開催され、サン＝サーンスの協奏曲第3番、チャイコフスキーの協奏曲、パガニーニの協奏曲第1番、他、ヴァイオリンの名曲の数々を名演。同団のDEGAレーベルより、CD『Violin Lover's Vol.1』をリリースし好評を博す。 カントゥスカルテット、ヴィルトゥオーゾ横浜、各メンバー。東京室内管弦楽団ソロ・コンサートマスター。洗足学園音楽大学講師、横浜音楽文化協会会員。
